Crechendo’s services are individually tailored to meet the requirements of your event. Our most commonly required service is a short-term or VIP crèche for exhibitors or conference delegates.

Short-Term Crèche Services

Short-term facilities provided by Crechendo include crèche and play facilities for children aged 6 weeks to teens. Crechendo can also organise activities for children of all ages for product launches or large events. Each crèche is tailored to meet the individual requirements of the event. We can provide childcare facilities for the duration of your event, and are always happy to collaborate with any sponsor or partner organisations.

Lost Children’s Centre

A special facility for event organisers that has become a core service is Crechendo’ s lost children’s facility. At any large public event where there will be high traffic flows, it is paramount that a lost children’s centre be established and staffed by professionals.
Anyone who has been involved with the trauma that this can bring (for parent and child

alike) will understand this is a responsible and essential addition to any large event.
Crechendo’s experience at the Sydney Royal Easter Show is testament to both the
importance of this function to events and the quality of Crechendo’s service.

V.I.P. Crèches

At selected venues crèches can be provided for sponsors, officials, staff children and any sporting or commercial event participants.

Child care Staffing

Crechendo provides staff for events involving child participation where supervision or entertainment is required. Such events include promotional and product launches and television events.

Consultancy

Crechendo will consult on all aspects of providing a crèche including:

• Design and location selection
• Advice on childcare regulations
• Management of the child care facility

Crèche Activities

Our short-term crèches provide not only childcare, but also entertainment
for the children under our care. The equipment provided is tailored to the ages
and requirements of your event. Organised activities for children include:

• Creative art and craft activities
• Language resources e.g. puppets, story tapes and books
• Construction and manipulative equipment e.g. building block and Lego
• Interactive gym set e.g. interlocking squares, tunnels, slippery dip
• Child size tables and chairs
• A variety of balls, quoits, hoops, skittles and other play tools
• Puzzles, board games, chalk and magnetic boards
• DVD, Video and TV
